Welcome to my website! I am an Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong Business School and serve as Associate Director of the Center for AI, Management and Organization (CAMO) at HKU. Together with my colleague Jie Gong, I also co-direct the CAMO Lab for Organizational Transformation.
My current research focuses on how AI shapes incentives, jobs, and organizations. More broadly, my research interests include relational contracts and a range of topics in organizational, behavioral, labor, and public economics.
I am also a co-organizer of the Asian Conference on Organizational Economics and the Workshop on Relational Contracts.
